Shipping

At Glam Plants we know how stressful shipping CAN be, to both the client and the plant, so we pride ourselves on careful and loving packaging. From monitoring the weather, wrapping individual leaves, checking soil moisture, providing a protective layer around the plant and attaching to the box to ensure no movement.

During winter months we provide heat packs for an additional charge. Summer months we use insulated packaging to protect against heat and wilting. All throughout the year we monitor the weather for extreme heat/cold. Occasionally, we may delay a shipment for a few days. If this happens, we will keep you updated all along the journey.

Glam Plants currently uses USPS PRIORITY 1-3 day shipping. When you receive your package please take pictures and/or videos of the unpackaging if you believe there are any issues.

You must notify Glam Plants via email of any issues with your delivery within 24 hours of receiving (not unpackaging) Must include photos and/or videos.
We know shipping plants can be scary but we’ve got our methods dialed and will work with you to resolve any unforeseen issues.
